Neighborhood pier cleanup and repaint day happening this Saturday

The Astoria neighborhood association is organizing a community cleanup and light repaint day at the public pier this Saturday morning. Volunteers will help pick up litter, refresh railings, and clean shared seating areas before the summer rush starts. Gloves, trash bags, and basic supplies will be available on site, and families are welcome to join for any portion of the event.
