Get in Touch
Whether you need help with a listing, want to promote your business, or just have a question about Oregon Coast Guide, we are here to help.
Quick answers to the most common questions we receive.
Do I need to pay anything to post a listing?
Not for Local Business listings. You can post one completely free using the Free Tier package. It stays live for 30 days. Other listing types (jobs, events, rentals, for sale, vehicles, community) will require a membership once we roll out our membership plans.
Do I need to create an account first?
Yes. You need a free account to post any listing. Visit the registration page, enter your email and create a password. It takes less than a minute.
How long does my free listing stay active?
Your free Local Business listing stays live for 30 days. After that, you can renew it or upgrade to a paid package for more features and longer visibility.
Can I edit my listing after posting it?
Yes. Sign in to your account, go to your dashboard and find your listing under “My Listings”. You can update any details, swap out photos, or change your business hours whenever you need to.
What types of listings can I post for free?
Right now, only Local Business listings have a free option. All other categories like jobs, events, rentals, for sale items, vehicles, and community posts will require a membership once we roll out our membership plans.
Will my listing show up right away?
In most cases, yes. Some listings might go through a quick review from our team before they appear on the site. This helps us keep the quality high for everyone.
What makes a good listing?
Use a clear, descriptive title. Write a friendly description that tells people what you offer. Upload high quality photos. Add your correct address, phone number, and business hours. The more complete your listing, the more attention it will get.
Built for the Oregon Coast Community
Oregon Coast Guide is more than a directory. It is a community hub built by locals, for locals. Whether you are a restaurant owner in Newport looking for more foot traffic, a family in Lincoln City searching for a vacation rental, or someone in Coos Bay posting about a weekend garage sale, this platform exists to connect coastal neighbors with the people, places, and opportunities that make the Oregon Coast home.
