Use the Claim action on the listing. You will be brought back here with that business attached to the request.

Submit your request
Complete the ownership information. Once approved, you can manage the listing from your account.

This page works with a specific business listing. Search the directory first, open your business, and click its Claim option. That will bring you back here with the correct listing ready to claim.
