Refund Policy

The Oregon Coast Guide is a business directory, travel, and community information service owned and operated by Map It Media LLC, a marketing and consulting business owned by Kirsten Jensen. References to “we,” “us,” or “our” in this policy mean Map It Media LLC as the operator of The Oregon Coast Guide.

A Basic listing includes the business name, address, category, and cover photo at no charge. To claim and manage a listing, join the Featured Community membership for $19.99 per month and obtain approval of your ownership request. Membership renews automatically each month until canceled. Cancel anytime to stop future renewals; fees already charged are nonrefundable except where applicable law requires otherwise. Your Basic listing stays on the Guide if you cancel.

Canceling your membership

To cancel, sign in to My Account — Subscriptions, open your subscription, and select Cancel. If you need help, contact us using the details below. Cancel before the next renewal to avoid the next monthly charge. Canceling the paid membership stops future renewals; it does not remove your Basic listing.

Refunds and billing questions

We do not issue refunds for fees already charged, including partial billing periods, except where applicable law requires otherwise. If you believe a charge is incorrect or unauthorized, contact us with the order number and charge date so we can investigate.

By purchasing a listing or subscription, the business agrees to this refund policy.
We reserve the right to modify or update this Refund and Cancellation Policy at any time. Changes will be posted directly on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of our website and services following any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised policy.
